Together we will create your goals and work towards them in each personal training session.
CHEKA FITNESS will create a personalised program for you to align with your goals. Your goal could range from wanting to build strength; weight loss, enjoyment or specific sessions for a race. The main aims for the sessions will be to have fun, focus on yourself and to smash the goals we set.
All sessions are personalised and tailored to each individual.
Nutritional advice will also be available for clients.
PT sessions at your home can also be offered.
