This mum's fitness class in the cotswolds allows local new mum's to come together, move their body and start the process of strengthening their muscles. With a variety of low impact and resistance exercises using bands we focus on strengthening glutes, core and pelvic floor.
Things to bring:
- Mat
-Water Bottle
- Small mat for your baby to lie/ sit on
- Any toys your baby might want to play with
